When in Options, Editor, Code Completion, General, box 'Include top 20 values of column data' is selected then queries like this will be executed in the background:
SELECT DISTINCT("column") FROM "creator"."table" FETCH FIRST 20 ROWS ONLY WITH UR FOR FETCH ONLY
