Steps to reproduce the issue:
1.Launch Toad for DB2 Subscription
2.Sign in with an account that has a valid license
3.Observe the state of the licensed features (NOT LICENSED)
4.Close the app and open it with the same account signed in
5.Observe the state of the licensed features (now available)
Expected:
After signing in with a valid license, all licensed features should be immediately unlocked and usable
