Getting error "The negotiation of encryption algorithm has failed” when running applications which use FTP
Description

All the apps which use FTP activities started to fail at the same time with the error "The negotiation of encryption algorithm has failed".
This was working before and the Windows FTP client can connect to the FTP and upload / download files without issues.
Cause

The mode encryption algorithm of the server had been chnaged to Ciphers aes128-ctr,aes192-ctr,aes256-ctr,arcfour256,arcfour128,arcfour .
The Toad Data Point FTP library does not support CTR mode encryption algorithms.
