Description
Query Builder Objects are not refreshed, when objects in the Data Model have changed.
If there are saved queries that reference, for example, a table in Oracle that has been updated to include two new columns, (visible in the Database Explorer) the query is not updated.
Is it possible to update the queries without deleting and re-importing the objects? -
Cause
The query builder is a static graphical representation of a part of the data model and the queries are not dynamically changed/matched.
If the columns of the table are changed, the entities in the Query builder are not amended automatically. This is not currently supported. -

None

Enhancement request ER 64623 has been submitted to Development for consideration in future release of Toad for Data Analysts. -

Additional Information
Some steps to try, in order to change the query are:
1. Go to the second tab of the Query builder (Query)
2. Right click and choose "Open in Editor" in the Popup
3. Change the Query in the Editor
4. Right click on "Send to Query Builder"
