Toad Data Point is getting a timeout after about 10 minutes with a PostgreSQL database connection
Description

A PostgreSQL server connection is being dropped after 10-15 minutes in Toad Data Point using ODBC
Cause

Most of these situations are caused by state-tracking firewall, using Network Address Translation (NAT).
Resolution

RESOLUTION:
Contact local IT team to validate Server-side parameters (keep-alives).
Log file can be collected by using the debug mode in Toad Data Point.
