Getting "Lookup Error: ORA-01435" error when running Query Builder from Object Explorer with '*'. (4313263)

Toad User has the Filter '*' enabled in the Object Explorer in an Oracle connection.  The User then drags any table to the query builder (it doesn't matter whether the table is owned by the user, or another schema).

Selects any columns.
Execute the SQL.

This results in a database error window displaying:

"Lookup Error: ORA-01435"

And then Toad completely closes.

WORKAROUND:

Select specific schemas in Object explorer

STATUS:
