How to schedule an automation task to run multiple times a day. How to review scheduled tasks within Toad?
Once an automation task is created and tested, it can be scheduled to run by clicking the 'Schedule' button (lower right corner of Automation window). Task scheduler windows will apper and the job can be scheduled accordingly.
To schedule a task to run multiple times in one day, under the "Schedule" tab of the scheduling popu window, click on the 'Advanced' button. From there you can set "repeat task" to control how often the task is run.
To review scheduled task later within Toad, you can go to Tools menu | Administer | Job Manager. It is based off of Microsoft Scheduled Tasks.
