Description
When trying to connect to an Excel file, the following error occurs:
"The specified DSN contains an architecture mismatch between the Driver and Application"
The same error occurs if trying to connect to the same file via ODBC:
"[Microsoft][ODBC Driver Manager]The specified DSN contains an architecture mismatch between the Driver and Application"

Cause
Attempting to connect to a 64-bit Excel file -
Resolution
Toad does not support connection to a 64-bit Excel File since Toad is a 32-bit application. There are no plans to support 64-bit Excel workbooks.
