Automation Activities such as 'Select to File' disappear or gets removed from the model when re-opening the saved Automation script file.
Description

Automation Activities such as 'Select to File' or 'Export Wizard' disappear / gets deleted / gets removed from the model when re-opening the saved Automation script file.
The automation tasks work perfectly, but if it's saved, then closed, and then reopened, the Activity (i.e. 'Select to File') step is no longer in the automation script; it ends up with an empty automation script.
Cause

The Activity is being placed above the 'Settings' activity.
Resolution

Do not place the Activity above the 'Settings' activity in the model area; all activities need to be below the Settings activity. Instead of dragging the Activity, you can also single-click it and Toad will insert one in the model area, and it would be inserted below the 'Settings' activity.
