Out of Memory error when refreshing a large snapshot in Local Storage.
Description

A snapshot with over 200K rows was created in local storage based on a sql query. When clicking the 'Refresh Snapshot' in the Object explorer, an Out of Memory error is displayed. If the query that created the snapshot (from the snapshot's information tab) is run, then this runs with no error.
