Making a change to the Query Builder diagram does not change the underlying generated SQL query (4302452)

In Query Builder, I had a saved query. I then made changes to the Query Builder Diagram, but the underlying SQL query did not change to reflect the diagram changes. This happens on any diagram I change.

When a change is made to the diagram the following prompt is displayed:

"The query has been modified. Do you want to update the edited query from the diagram

[  ]  Do not prompt me again                   [YES]      [NO]

If [NO] is selected and the "Do not prompt me again" is checked, then any subsequent changes to any diagram will result in the underlying query NOT being updated and the user not being prompted to save changes.

Go to Tools | Options | Environment | Confirmations |
Click 'Clear Ignored confirmations' **

Any subsequent changes will then prompt again and the query can be saved if required.

** This will revert all dialog prompts throughout Toad to be prompted again
