Installation error:
Microsoft Data Access Component (MDAC) 2.6 of later is required. Version 2.12.4202.3 was found currently installed.
Resolution

Please run Windows Update and apply all updates.
If you cannot run Windows Update it or the MDAC or .Net Framework still did not get updated, please have your IT or Helpdesk people do the updates for you.
