When I tried to connect to Salesforce, I get the following error:
"Get temporary error 4206 'Invalid data source definition: Couldn't connect to server' from HUB"
RESOLUTION:
Check to make sure if you use a proxy. If so please do this:
1. Go to Tools | Options
2. Expand Database | Quest Data Source
3. Enter the proxy information

Please include the following log files:
1. In the shortcut icon for Toad Data Analyst, right-click and choose “properties.”
2. At the end of the “Target” file, type in /log=all
For example, "C:\Program Files\Quest Software\Toad for Data Analysts 3.1\toad.exe" "/log=all"
3. Click OK and run TDA
4. Make you connection to Salesforce to cause the error
5. The go to Help | Support Bundle and attach the zip file that was created
