Launching the Project Manager gave the error below. All subsequent runs of Toad will produce this error upon initial launch and closing of Toad.
Exception: System.OutOfMemoryException
Message : Exception of type 'System.OutOfMemoryException' was thrown.

Cause
Memory issue can occur when the Project Manager file (ProjectManager.tpf) is too big.

Resolution
RESOLUTION 1:
From the Project Manger in Toad, remove not needed additions from the list
RESOLUTION 2:
1. Close Toad.
2. Go to C:\users\<user_name>\AppData\Roaming\Quest Software\Toad for Data Analysts 3.0\ModuleSettings\ProjectManager.tpf.
Note: For Windows XP the path is C:\Documents and Settings\jlin\Application Data\Quest Software\Toad Data Point 3.3\ModuleSettings\ProjectManager.tpf.
3. Rename ProjectManager.tpf to ProjectManager.tpf_OLD.

Additional Information
Toad for Data Analyst 3.0 and Toad Data point 3.2 will both produce the memory error with a large ProjectManger.tpf file but Toad Data Point 3.3 will not; however, it will still take considerable time for v3.3 to load a large Project Manager.
