System.InvalidOperationException or other DB2 connection errors after installing .NET 4.5 as part of the TDP 3.6 installation.
Upgrading from 3.5 to 3.6 and migrated settings and connections with the built in utility.
After the migration, one can no longer connect to DB2 LUW or z/OS and receive the following exception:

Run ‘Configure DB2 .NET Data Provider' from Start -> Programs -> IBM DB2 -> ‘default DB2 client name’ -> Set-up Tools.
