Cause
This is not a Quest Software issue.
McAfee confirmed that they identified the False Positive on Quest software QSR.exe.

Resolution
Download the latest Dats from McAfee. This was fixed in Dats release 6581.
Issue is not present in the new version Toad for Data Analysts 3.0 Base Installer.
