Cross connection SQL Editor menu is missing in the base edition of Toad -
Description
The Help file mentioned to compose a cross-connection query in the editor, select Editor | Cross-Connection SQL Editor. Not able to find the selection “Cross-Connection SQL Editor” in the menu.

Cause
In the Base edition of Toad Data Point, the Cross-Connection Query Mode is disabled by default. To enable Cross-Connection Query Mode in the Base edition, do the following:
Select Tools | Options | Database | General and select the Allow heterogeneous queries using JET engine option.
Note: The Base edition of Toad Data Point does not support subqueries in cross-connection queries. -
Resolution
In the Base edition of Toad Data Point, the Cross-Connection Query Mode is disabled by default. To enable Cross-Connection Query Mode in the Base edition, do the following:
