Line and Position values are both zero for Oracle PL/SQL errors (4249939)

When a build error occurs, the Line and Position values with the messages in the Results window are both zero. This makes the message much less useful than it would otherwise be, as it results in much longer debug times.

WORKAROUND:
None

STATUS:
Waiting for fix to be released in a future version of Toad for Data Analysts.

This seems to only happen when the category column shows as "Connection". All the other types of category messages show the correct Line and Position values.
