'Value was either too large or too small for an Int32' error when opening the Tables tab of the Object Explorer
Description

When using a PostgreSQL 12.0.3 database, if you click in the Object Explorer and try to see the Tables in the Tables tab, the following error appears:

'System.OverflowException
Value was either too large or too small for an Int32'

This doesn't happen in the native Postgres tools, and this issue may not occur on every database, but can be seen on multiple machines that connect to the database where the issue occurs.
Cause

This issue can occur if a table had over 2 billion rows inside it.
Resolution

WORKAROUND:
None
