Data grid displays a "Sorting data grid" message and freezes when sorting a column -
Description
The data grid viewer has been hanging up when trying to sort a column. A pop up window saying "Sorting data grid" appears, stays there, and nothing else happens. -
Resolution
WORKAROUND:
Make sure to fetch all the records in the table prior to sorting a column.
STATUS:
Waiting for a fix,to defect ID 'QAT-2002', to be released in a future version of Toad Data Point. -
