No data in reports, Execute Statement button doesn't work -
Description
When you open a report from Project Manager, then choose the 'Design Report' icon,
If you then go to the data tab - and immediately choose 'Execute statement', the statement doesn't run.You have to type something into the statement, then delete it, first. Then is you click 'Execute Statement' it actually run

WORKAROUND:
Open the report from File | Open and not from Project ManagerSTATUS:
