The following error occurs when Connection Manager window is opened and Oracle group is selected:

Resolution
1. Select Control Panel | System | Advanced Tab
2. Select Environmental Variables button
3. Under System Variables list, scroll down to PATH and hit Edit
4. In Variable Value field, enter the BIN folder of your Oracle client path at the very beginning of the list of paths
