xXxX_File - The directory name is invalid - when using variables
Description
When calling a .bat file, one sets the Program entry of the "Run Program" activity to #ROOT_PATH#\<ther_folder(s)>\The_File.bat, but, one gets the error "xXxX_File - The directory name is invalid".
If one changes the Program entry to <Full PATH>\The_File.bat, it runs without error.
Why is #ROOT_PATH# not working in Automations when it does a Run Activity?
Resolution
Issue is resolve in Toad Data Point 5.0.
Run Program activity: You can now use the built-in variable "ROOT_PATH" in the Program and Run Directory fields in the Run Program activity.
