When trying to execute a query in Toad editor you receive the following error message:

1. Close Toad
2. Go to C:\Users\%USERNAME%\AppData\Roaming\Quest Software\Toad Data Point X.x
3. Rename the folder SQLRecall to SQLRecall_OLD
4. Open Toad
5. Verify that the issue no longer happens.
