Description
Toad Data Modeler version 2.x creates SQL script in ASCII format. This version (3.x) outputs UNICODE sql file.(Generate DDL Script)
It is not possible to execute such file directly in the SQLPLUS (Oracle standard tool) -
Resolution
Workaround:
Please open the final script e.g. in Notepad and save it with ANSI coding (please see the Encoding drop-down menu in the Save As dialog).
Status:
Waiting to be fixed in the future release of Toad Data Modeler. -
