Description
When converting a model from Logical to Physical, some entities are not showing up after the conversion.

Cause
Entities with 'Logical Only'checked in its Properties | General tab will be ignored during the conversion process.

Resolution
Ensure that all entities that need to be converted to physical have the 'Logical Only' box unchecked in the General tab of the Entity Properties.
