Entity Properties screen - Help Button doesn't work
Description

Using Toad Data Modeler 3.4.16, in the Entity Properties screen, when clicking on the Help button (lower right), it doesnt bring up the Toad Data Modeler Help Dialogue screen.
This works in prior versions of Toad Data Modeler i.e. 3.3.8.11 or 3.4.14.6.
