Getting error "access violation jscript.dll" when trying to install Toad Data Modeler on a VMware.
Internet Explorer 9 beta software is installed on the same host.
Cause

I.E. 9 Beta conflict with jscript.dll file
Resolution

WORKAROUND:
1. Un-install Internet Explorer 9 Beta software
2. Launch TDM 3.6x again.
