'Access Violation' error when double clicking on an entity to modify attributes
Description

When double clicking on any entity to modify attributes, the following error is shown:

"Access violation at address 0089B55E in module 'TDM.exe'. Read of address 00000000."
Resolution

Un-install and then re-install Toad Data Modeler using the default installation options.
