Modifying mailbox settings

Open the Exchange Security module.

Select Tools | Properties.

Changing Role Assignment Policy

In the Mailbox Settings box, you can change the Role assignment policy and delivery options. You also can set a litigation hold on the mailbox.

Changing Delivery Options

To change the delivery options, click Delivery Option.

Send on behalf

Forwarding address

To forward messages, select the Forward to check box, and click Search to select an account. To deliver the messages to the mail box also, select the Deliver messages to both forwarding address and mailbox check box.

Recipients limits

By default, recipients are limited to 10. To change the limit, type a number in the box. For unlimited recipients, clear the Maximum recipients check box.

Email addresses

A mailbox can have one primary email address, which is indicated by the checkmark in the Primary column.

Propagating Permissions

To propagate permissions to subfolders, click Propagate client folder permissions.

Deleting mailboxes

Open the Exchange Security module.

Select a mailbox or selection of mailboxes, and select Tools | Delete. Alternatively, right-click a mailbox or selection of mailboxes, and choose Delete.
