In the Navigation pane, click Create Backup Job. |

In the NDMP Server dialog box, configure the following settings. |
By default, the filer is configured to listen on port number 10000. Unless otherwise required, do not change the listener port for the filer. | |||
To use this feature, do the following:
NOTE: For NetApp filers, the actual conversion is specified on a per-job basis by setting the option Request Unicode File Information in the Backup Options Set. However, the Use UTF-8 Conversions check box must be selected to use this feature. |

Open the NetVault Backup Server, and then open NDMP Client. |

Click the filer, and select Edit Server from the context menu. |

To change the password, select the New Password check box, and type the password. |
