Resolved Issue

NMSI-262

The Netflow top-n data could not be imported into the Management Server.

NMSI-250

Network devices included in a service did not appear on the Network Devices tab. That is because the query looked for network devices related to a service using the sourceDevice property of the dependencies on the SOC Network Devices tab.

Fix: Improved the query to return all network devices.

Known Issues

The following is a list of issues known to exist at the time of this release.

Defect ID

Known Issue

NMSI-248,
FGL-14022

Alerts from NMS are randomly lost in generating Foglight alarms. This issue will be fixed in a future Foglight Management Server release.

NMSI-149

If a router, switch, or firewall is selected for administration inside the Infrastructure Environment dashboard, the browser interface displays an error message.

NMSI-148

Additional Foglight Agent Manager configuration is required to add one or two MB to the disk-based write queue, as specified in the Sizing Guide. When not configured, the error condition may only result in warnings in the agent and Foglight Agent manager log.

NMSI-147

When the primary role of an NMS monitored device changes to or from the router, switch, or firewall, the resulting object in Foglight may not reflect the new type in the browser interface. The object may contain two host extension objects in its detail list. All of the alarm states and other information remain intact.

Workaround: Delete the unwanted host extension from the detail list of the base host object.

NMSI-134

In the Remove Objects from Service wizard, the types of firewall, switch and router objects are inconsistent.

NMSI-132

In the Add Manual Dependency wizard, in the host/service selector, the icon identifying firewall, switch, and router objects, is the host icon.
