Resource Utilization view

This section provides a detailed description of the following metrics presented in the embedded views in the Resource Utilization dashboard.

Projected CPU Usage view

This embedded view is part of the Resource Utilization > Clusters view. To display this view, click the Clusters tab in the Resource Utilization view, and select a cluster from the Cluster Name table.
Table 1. Projected CPU Usage view
Description
This view displays CPU usage metrics for the selected cluster.
Data displayed
•
Utilization: Shows the actual CPU usage in the unit of GHz.
•
Capacity: Shows the total CPU capacity in the unit of GHz.
•
HA Capacity: Shows the actual CPU capacity, in the unit of GHz, if the HA policy is enabled on the cluster.
•
Used Hz: Shows the current CPU capacity in the unit of GHz.
•
Growth Rate Per Week: Shows the growth rate of CPU capacity per week.
•
Total Hz: Shows the total CPU capacity in the unit of GHz.
•
Time To Full: Shows the time duration when the current CPU capacity exceeds the total capacity, based on the Growth Rate Per Week.

Projected Memory Usage view

This embedded view is part of the Resource Utilization > Clusters view. To display this view, click the Clusters tab in the Resource Utilization view, and select a cluster from the Cluster Name table.

Description
This view displays memory usage metrics for the selected cluster.
Data displayed
•
Utilization: Shows the actual memory usage in the unit of GB.
•
Capacity: Shows the total memory capacity in the unit of GB.
•
HA Capacity: Shows the actual memory capacity, in the unit of GB, if the HA policy is enabled on the cluster.
•
Consumed: Shows the current memory capacity in the unit of GB.
•
Growth Rate Per Week: Shows the growth rate of memory capacity per week.
•
Capacity: Shows the total memory capacity in the unit of GB.
•
Time To Full: Shows the time duration when the current memory capacity exceeds the total capacity, based on the Growth Rate Per Week.

This view displays storage usage metrics for the selected cluster.
Data displayed

Capacity: Shows the total storage capacity in the unit of GB.
