Spotlight raises the Collection Status alarm when collection of data for the OEM (Oracle Enterprise Manager) stops. Perhaps the server is running low on disk space.
Check also the statistics for the last successful heartbeat. If it has been some time since the last successful heartbeat perhaps there is a network problem. The Collection Status alarm often occurs with the Files Pending Upload Alarm.
