Work with the reports you generated in the Report Wizard. Report Wizard

General Actions on the Reports

Action Description
Export the report. Possible formats may be RPT, PDF, XLS, CSV, DOC, RTF and XML.
Print the report.

Navigate through the pages of the report.
Find the next occurrence of specified text in the report.
Zoom in on the view.

Configure the filter applied to the current chart.

Note: Applicable only to charts where the filter button is visible and enabled.

The Reports in Detail

Note: The grids and charts generated in the report are dependent on those selected when running the Report Wizard.

Report Description
Alarms raised from /// to ///

Shows how long each alarm spends in an alarm state.

Notes:

  • The time period for this chart was set in the Report Wizard.
  • By default this chart shows the top 10 alarms with the highest severity.Click Filter Report Records… to show all alarms, alarms with the longest total duration or to select the alarms to show (by name of the alarm).

  • Compare this chart with All alarms raised for this connection to identify unusual occurrences for this connection during the given time period.

How long each alarm spends in an alarm state.

Notes:

  • This chart covers all time since the connection was created (as in Add an Oracle database to the list of connections). As such it may be referred to as "normal" alarm activity for the connection.
  • By default this chart shows the top 10 alarms with the highest severity. Click Filter Report Records… to show all alarms, alarms with the longest total duration or to select the alarms to show (by name of the alarm).

Event Waits

Chart as per the Spotlight on Oracle Activity | Waits Page | Event Waits Chart.

The chart shows the amount of time (in milliseconds) that sessions have spent waiting on various events per second. Event wait categories from V$SYSTEM_EVENT are aggregated into categories so that they can be graphed.

For more information about wait events, see Deal With Wait Events.

Note: By default this chart shows the top 5 items.Click Filter Report Records… to show all items or to select the items to show (by name of the item).

TOP 20 SQL by CPU Time

Grids on the same principle as the Spotlight on Oracle Top SQL Page. These grids are filtered as their name suggests.
