Site Listing view

This embedded view is part of the Exchange Sites Environment Summary (All Sites) view.
 
Table 123. Site Listing view
Description
This view contains a list of all monitored Exchange sites in your environment.
Data displayed
State. Indicates the highest alarm triggered for each site.
 
Site. Displays the name of the site.
 
Users. Displays the number of users in the site
 
Mailbox Roles. Displays the number of Mailbox roles in the site and number of roles in each alarm state.
 
Other Roles. Displays the number of other Exchange roles in the site and number of roles in each alarm state.

Store Calendar Attendant view

To display this view, enable the Store Calendar Attendant Group in the Information Store Detail section of the Metrics Management dashboard. When this collection group is enabled, this view is added to the Mailbox views on the Roles navigation tab in the Exchange Explorer dashboard.
 
Table 124. Store Calendar Attendant view
Description
This view displays Calendar Attendant metrics associated with the Information Store on the selected Exchange server, which are gathered when the Store Calendar Attendant collection group is enabled.
Data displayed
Average Calendar Attendant Processing Time. This graph charts the average time it is taking to process an event in the Calendar Attendant.
 
Calendar Attendant Requests Failed. This graph charts the total number of failures that occurred while the Calendar Attendant was processing events.

Store Client Search view

To display this view, enable the Store Client Search Group in the Information Store Detail section of the Metrics Management dashboard. When this collection group is enabled, this view is added to the Mailbox views on the Roles navigation tab in the Exchange Explorer dashboard.
 
Table 125. Store Client Search view
Description
This view displays metrics associated client searches for the selected Exchange server, which are gathered when the Store Client Search collection group is enabled.
Data displayed
Slow QP Threads. This graph charts the number of query processor threads currently running queries that are not optimized.
 
Slow Search Threads. This graph charts the number of search threads currently running queries that are not are not optimized.
 
Mailbox Stores. The table at the bottom of this view lists the Mailbox stores found on the selected Exchange server. It provides the following metrics for each store listed:
•
Search Task Rate. Shows the number of search tasks created per second.
•
Slow Findrow Rate. Shows the rate at which the slower Findrow needs to be used in the Mailbox Store.
•
Categorization Count. Shows the number of categorizations that exist in the Mailbox Store. (Exchange 2007 only)

Store Content Indexing view

To display this view, enable the Store Content Indexing Group in the Information Store Detail section of the Metrics Management dashboard. When this collection group is enabled, this view is added to the Mailbox views on the Roles navigation tab in the Exchange Explorer dashboard.
 
Table 126. Store Content Indexing view
Description
This view displays content indexing metrics associated with the Information Stores on the selected Exchange server, which are gathered when the Store Calendar Attendant collection group is enabled. This view contains a list of all the storage groups and information stores on the selected server. It also displays the following metrics for each of these storage groups and stores:
Data displayed
Avg. Document Indexing Time. Shows the average time it takes to index documents on the selected database.
 
Full Crawl Mode Status. Indicates whether a full crawl is occurring for a database.
 
Recent Average Latency of RPCs Used to Object Content. Shows the average latency of the most recent RPCs to the Microsoft® Exchange Information Store service.
 
Throttling Delay Value. Shows the total time a worker threads sleeps before it retrieves a document from the Microsoft Exchange Information Store service.
