About Navigating Reports

Use the Explorer tool window to quickly navigate the report. From this window, you can:

  • Drag a control to a different band to reorganize it in the report.

  • Right-click to insert or delete a band.

  • Right-click to view properties for a band or control.

  • Right-click to perform frequently used functions for the control.

Note: A database icon () overlays any control that is bound to data. You can hover over the control to view the field it is bound to.
