The OWA Availability Health uses a Microsoft PowerShell cmdlet called test-OwaConnectivity to test OWA availability. For this cmdlet to run, you must create at least one test mailbox using the Microsoft PowerShell cmdlet called new-TestCasConnectivityUser.
