Predictive Diagnostics requires proper access to Oracle data to predict the behavior of Oracle databases. Ensure the following Oracle parameters are set according to these values:

Parameter	Value
db_cache_level	ON
statistics_level	TYPICAL or ALL
timed_statistics	TRUE

To set these parameters use the Configuration & Memory | Oracle Parameters Page.
