Object Level Recovery Options

To set Object Level Recovery options

  1. Click the Application Button and select Options (Keyboard: ALT+F+O).

  2. Select the Object Level Recovery tab. Review the following for additional information:

    Generate script for tables include

    Instructs LiteSpeed to include into generated scripts one or more of the following:

    • Constraints except foreign keys
    • Triggers
    • Foreign Keys
    • Statistics
    • Indexes

    All are selected

    Bypass tail log processing

    In scenarios when you do not require any backed up transaction logs, you can select to bypass all log processing. Object Level Recovery operations may work much faster in this case.

    Not selected

    Use table, constraint and index name prefix

    For recovery table, table constraints and table indexes with prefix, select this option and enter the prefix value into the field. Not applied for generated DDL scripts.

    Empty

    Use table, constraint and index name suffix For recovery table, table constraints and table indexes with suffix, select this option and enter the suffix value into the field. Not applied for generated DDL scripts. Not selected
    Drop table if it already exists Drops existing table in the target database before recovering the table from a backup. Not selected
  3. All these options are duplicated in the Recovery Table Wizard.
