New features

New features in NetVault Plug‑in for Microsoft Office 365 13.0:
•
Added support for backing up and restoring the Microsoft Teams platform. (DNPO365-800)
•
Added support for backing up and restoring the Outlook Calendar component for individuals. (DNPO365-824)
•
Added support for parallel restores of multiple items, such as a user, site, and so on, to reduce the time required for performing a restore. (DNPO365-891)
•
Implemented a master-slave architecture to support multiple users across various items, such as Outlook, Teams, and so on. (DNPO365-825)

The following is a list of enhancements implemented in NetVault Plug‑in for Microsoft Office 365 13.0.

For Microsoft SharePoint, added a configured Global Admin User to the Site Collection Administrator for sites selected for backup, which reduces the effort of manually adding the configured user to each site collection.

Optimized Incremental Backup jobs to use less memory.

DNPO365-1054

Implemented parallel download sessions at the site level, and added tuning parameters in the Office 365 configuration file. and the ability to enable and disable this feature in Plug‑in for Microsoft Office 365 configuration file.
