Unable to create or view CSRs, due to the following error appearing:

'Error: (36) Name not found accessing external object property tempvar at line 7 in function uf_loaddata of object uo_ole_web_rte.'

Internal restrictions

In Windows, in the Internet Options | Security | Trusted Sites setting, please add the Stat web URL (without the port number) to this list.
You can find the Stat web URL by going to the Help | About menu in the Stat client.

If this option is not visible, please check with your Windows or Citrix Administrator.
