1. Go to Maintenance | General | Object Type | File server tab. You should have configured an ssh server to the oracle ebiz instance.
This entry must be defined with an SFTP protocol, and SSH must be running on the server running the Oracle Agent.
Note, the applmgr user should be used for the Username and Password or Key exchange authentication for logging into the Oracle Agent server.
In order to source the environment when SSH logs in, you are required to add the “./.ssh/rc” command to Post login cmd on the File Servers tab of the Object Type Maintenance window.
2. Make sure the CA and OA are up and running. If so you should be able to see the ebiz log and config file otherwise
Go to the CA machine to STAT_HOME/app/bin/run.sh and verify the command string below is found:
./standalone.sh --server-config=standalone-full.xml -b=<your CA server machine name>
