The question should be more specific as Stat doesn't have a patch rollback functionality.
However let's say the following:
1. If running adpatch with specific option if it does it (rollback) then also Stat will do it.
2. In case of adop, there exist an Abort phase not Rolled back phase and this information is stored in the repository and you can view all patch cycles phase by the Process Request tab page.
