Transfer Rule won't work for Web Client when Automatic parameter is set to Yes -
Description
When the new global parameter named 'Send approval mails when CSR workflow approvals are generated' is set to Yes, an automatic approval email should be sent to the approver. This doesn't happen from the Web Client.
