Log off and wait jobs doesn't work when the DB is in restricted mode -
Description
A log off and wait job created to permit a nightly cold DB backup doesn't work and the SCA doesn't re-connect. The error in the server.log is:
ORA-12526, TNS:listener: all appropriate instances are in restricted mode
