Email SMTP configuration required before adding new user -
Description
I want to add new user in Stat but it pompts me to configure SMTP mail before adding new user. Problem is I don't have SMTP Server details and even I don't want to configure this Server Setting.
So is there any way to by pass this SMTP configuration and add new user ?
