Description
User is getting error while creating a new object from template. The error is 'No File Types have been defined'. -
Cause
User had Object type access limitation. -
Resolution
Go to User Maintenance table, highlight the proper user and click the Access Information button then Object Type Access.
In the window on the right you will see all the access limitation for the user. If blank, it mean the user has all access for the objects. In this case, removing those rows solve the issue.
