Is it possible to change the hyperlink URL in the CSR Description Tab? -
Description
We would like to change the links would be from the existing CSRs hyperlink in the Description Tab from the current URL to a new one.
1. Where/how are the hyperlinks from the Description Tab stored in the STAT database?
2. Is it possible to do a bulk update of the old URL's from the back-end (using a SQL script)? -
Cause
Update by the back-end is not recommended by Support. -
Resolution
Solution:1. The hyperlinks are stored in the CSR_DESCR_DETAIL field, on the CSR_GLOBAL_INFO table. The hyperlink being a CLOB datatype it's difficult to know where exactly is positioned the string you have to update.2. If you have the knowledge, you can create your own code procedure.
