Oracle Agent startup from client option are grayed out -
Description
We are upgrading STAT to 6.1 and as per documentation we should be able to start STAT Oracle Agent ( eBS ) from client and we don't see that option. Options are grayed out in the Oracle App Environment Servers

Cause
User does not have the proper rights to start/stop the Oracle Agent. -
Resolution
1. Go to Maintenance | Security Settings | double click on the user class
2. Expand Maintenance - General option and locate OraApp Configuration Start/Stop
3. Add the user right to the right hand pane
4. Log out and log back into the Stat Windows Client for the changes to take effect
